Never received cable box , it’s been two weeks since sign up
I signed up for cable to add on to my service about two weeks ago. I’ve spoken to 6 different representatives that have told me the same things “cable box will be sent out in two days”. I still have no shipping information on my cable box two weeks later .
When i try to stream my 140+ plus channels on the Xfinity stream app only about 20 Show up . And when I sign into the individual apps (example: espn ) it says I must update to watch the channel even tho I know I chose the package with espn etc . I’m about to cancel Xfinity all together if nothing is fixed and I’ve been a customer for many years . I feel like I’m paying for nothing .
