Netflix no longer playing previews

while I'm browsing on Netflix it use to play the previews automatically while searching and it no longer does that. I even checked it at someone else's house to see if it was just me and its not. Its just no longer doing it at all. Is there a way you guys can fix this?! I've checked all my settings through netflix and everything is marked as it should be.
