We are moving to our new home this Friday which is in the country and has a brand new address. Our next door neighbors built their home in 2016 and they have Comcast. I've spoken with numerous Comcast employees and have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get an ETA on site survey and install. No one on the customer service end can see the ticket info and repeats themselves saying that our address is unserviceable.. DUH. That's what we're trying to accomplish.
Our ticket number is 1871-980 (submitted a month or so ago). Can someone please help me push this through and get an update?! This is ridiculous.
