I tried calling 3 THREE times. Each times, I keep getting routed elsewhere after confirming my account. Then the stupid woman tells me to go to some link sent to my phone. I NEED TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT for an INFLATED BILL!!! I HATE the woman's annoying voice.
