Need to return Xfi Pods purchased online

I purchased Xfi pod (3 pack) at the beginning of the month and they did not work like I expected.  I have filled out the return form 5 times and never gotten an email with "further instructions".

Is there an actual person I can speak to?  or a way to get the email to return these things?

I need to return them before 30 days is up and I am stuck with them.
