Need help with install at newly built home.

Hi,

 

I'm looking for help with my new install.  The home is new construction.  The lot previously was an empty lot.  Five different technicians have come out to install.  Every time they tell me they cannot install unless maintenace comes out and installs a face plate on the telephone pole across the street, or something along those lines.  The technicians put in tickets to maintenance, and those tickets end up getting cancelled or not resolved for reasons that they cannot explain to me.  I've been told several times that someone would contact me within x days or x hours and I have yet to hear from anyone.  Phone support is not particularly helpful, they just keep sending out technicians who don't have the ability to fix my specific issue.  Is there anything else I can be doing to get this done?
