Need help lowering bill

Hi, I need to lower monthly bill. My latest contract just expired and price increased. Looking to at least keep bill at same price prior to contract expiration. I have been a loyal customer for years and as much as I would like to keep it unless i can get it lowered will have to look for an alternative.
