Need an extension due to Covid-19

Hi! My service has just been shut off because I was unable to pay my bill this month. I would like to set up an extension if I can, because right now I am not working but am suppose to start back up in a couple weeks. I have 2 young children who doing schooling at home, and who love their games and stuff on their tablet. If I can please get an extension until the end of February I would really appreciate it!
