Need a technician

Hurricane Laura came through here on 8/27. A tree caused our above ground line to sag and almost touch the ground. It is above the road, but only held off the ground by tree branches. Vehicles hit it coming to and leaving our home. Roofers will be coming soon creating a greater risk to the line. We have tried to report the issue, but there isn’t an option for this type of issue. No one calls back, and we have yet to receive the email that the website promised. How can we get this fixed?

Hi, eabryan. I'm glad you guys are OK, sorry to hear about what happened with the cable line. We can send out a technician to fix it, especially because it's somewhat posing as a hazard. Please send me a PM with your first and last name, so we can go from there.
