Need a payment extension

I've been struggling with my bills due to covid.  I've read online and also heard from customer service that services wouldn't be cut off because of covid.  However my internet have been cut off recently  after I was late with only one month payment.  I had to borrow money to pay my bill.   Comcast cannot tell me when a cutoff date will be.  It seems to be random.  That is really not helpful.  There are no payment extensions offered.   Also not helpful.  What is Comcast doing to help its customers through this horrible time?

I don't know where you heard that services would not be cut off because of covid.  That was something that ended at the end of June 2020.  It was not extended.  If you can't get a payment extension, it probably means that you've been late or missed a payment, and would not be eligible for one.
