My package didn't arrive.

I ordered a package and I recieved the tracking number and everything. As I was getting emails updating me on the self install kit, I got a final email telling me the package was delivered to my residence. However I did not see the entire self install kit anywhere at my vicinity. Through the email I was told it was at my front door. I didn't see it there so I checked my mail box and it was not there as well. and my balcony as well. I didn't get anymore update emails after that. I was wondering what I could do in this situation?
