I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. Now that I'm retired and low income, what do I need to do to qualify for the new Internet with free streaming packages? It's insulting that I'm only offered higher & higher plans as mine expire while my kids get everything I have for 20% of what I pay. Is this REALLY how you reward lifelong customers??? Highly offensive and insulting. I'm just going to have to cancel and wait - or go with another company. Extremely poor practices and tactics, if you ask me.
