Monthly Bill Not Cashed.

Monthly Bill Not Cashed.

Good afternoon.

 

According to both the account and my bank information, the bill that was due on the 15th of January was not received or cashed.

 

I had sent the bill a week prior to that date to ensure that it would not be late. However, it appears that the bill has disappeared because of the postal service for some reason.

 

What can I do about this?
