My green lawn cover disappreared about 2 months ago (I think someone drove over my lawn and dragged the cover away. Luckily service still works). I had contacted customer service (via chat) and created 3 separated jobs to have new cover put on (and even offered to pay for new cover) but no one came or followed up. How can I go about having a new cover put on? Thank you.
