I really need your help. I have been going through a loop of a tap not being installed. Xfinity is swearing it has been installed. Technicians arrive and get mad that the tap has not been installed. I have explained this to no less than 10 comcast employees
This has happened twice and on 8/14/2020 I was promised by the seven Xfinitiy employees (no that is not an exerageration) that I contact that the tap was going to be installed on Friday 8/14/2020 between 8am and 8pm. I was here all day until 5pm and no tap was installed. I called customer service at 8pm and was told the tap has been installed but I went and looked at the line and nothing has been done to it. Now a technician is scheduled for Wednesday and I know the exact same thing is going to happen. He or she will show up and be angry the tap isn't done.
This has been the most difficult ridiculous situation I have ever dealt with, with any company. Can you please have a manager call me. I need internet and this should not be this hard to get done.
I hope that your issue was resolved. How long did it take them to get your job done. I am in a similar situation but have been told by the customer representatives that no timeline can be provided.
