Looks like something went wrong...

Tried to upgrade my equipment by following the website links but have been getting “Looks like something went wrong...
Please try again, or contact us for more help.”

Seems like every online request from me results in an error message. Can you please look into my account and figure out what I can’t move through the xfinity website without hitting error messages? Same thing happens when I try to compare plans.
