I've been having this issue for the last 6 months - trying to get a 4K UHD TV box and have been unsuccessful going into my local Xfinity/Comcast store. They keep saying there's no way for them to hold or order one for me and that I have to just stop by and if I'm lucky I'll get one. Not my idea of customer service. I've looked all over the Xfinity site for a way to order online but can't find it. Someone please help! I've got all 4K capable devices except for my Xfinity cable box. I'm a bit of a grumpy customer now, especially when paying close to $300 a month for TV and Internet to Xfinity.
