I pay my Comcast bill by auto pay with my credit card. I recently had to replace the card so payment was not made for 2 months. I have asked multiple times with your chat service to see if the late fees can be removed and only get an automated answer that does not answer my request. I have always paid the bill on time. Can these be remove on a one time basis?
