We didn't receive our Oct bill and were charged a late payment fee. Mail delivery in our area has been very poor lately. We've paid our past due bill and would like Comcast to waive our late payment fee as we are long-time customers and rarely miss a payment. How do we do that ? Speaking to an agent is next to impossible.
