It looks like the xfinity assisitant chat app has been broken for at least twos days
Yesterday and today, I went theu the xfinity assistant chat patch to get a speed problem fixes, since this had worked for me before - but I gave up after 3 trys over 6hrs yesterday, and now after 1.5 hrs today. I go thru the process, and click Start Chap, and the folowing appears, for the entire time I stay connected:

Occasionally a message saying "Waiting for Chatroom will flash at bottom off window, but there is never any other response.
No Responses!
