Is this the service level you want to be known for?
I was trying to call in a request for a new digital stb to replace the existing analog box.
I called and was re-directed to an offshore call center. The noise behind the young woman was so loud, it was impossible to hear. I asked her if she could do anything about the sound but she was so intent on reading the script and not responding, I hung up.
Foolishly I called back thinking things might be different. This time the person said he would have to see what he could do for me. After 15 mins on hold, I hung up.
Where were these people trained? I have always been happy with Comcast customer service. These interactions had no relation to customer or service.
If Xfinity would prefer not to get calls about upgrading services or devices, then please do include that approach on your online directions for getting more and/or newer devices.
