Is there an email address for support?
I have been private messaging here with a Comcast rep (I believe I cannot name them, or my message will be deleted?) who has now not responded to my PM's for over 2 weeks.
Is there an EMAIL address that I can use for account support, so that I can include all of my current unresolved issues - they've grown, since the private message conversation started, and I think it'd be easier if I could include every PM I've sent, in an email to someone.

Actually you can name the OE if you were working with them here. I've looked at your past posts, though, and I don't see where an OE here contacted you. Did you PM them without a request from them?

I have another login for the forum - I signed in this time (accidentally) with my primary user name. @ComcastTambrey is the person I have been working with that I need to hear from. Besides the issue I was working on, there's a new billing issue I need resolved.
