Basically what it says in the title. I set up my account about a week ago, was told that they'd send me the equipment to set up my internet in about 3-5 business days and it still hasn't reached me. When I go to my account page it says my account is still being set up. I've never had Comcast/Xfinity before, is this normal or should I be concerned?

Sorry to hear you haven't received your equipment yet. This could be caused by shipping delays, or a problem with the order itself. Either way, we can help. Have you received any emails at all about your order? When you first submitted the order, did you receive an order confirmation?
