Taking care of a sick wife, stroke, so don't have a lot of time to try a lot of things. Internet has been slow, videos stopping spinning circle waiting for data, sometimes complete lockup. Would love a service call or some help as I am extremely busy. Slow internet has been getting worse. Had a lightning strike that reset a video we were watching on DVD player, wiped the memory. Starting to think the modem may have been damaged also. Getting tired of slow internet. Help please.

Tried your instructions to send a PM and the option wasn't there. Even after doing a search in the forum and using instructions there no luck. ComcastMartin hope this gets to you. Internet connection definitely slow, videos stop with spinning circle and sometimes lock up. Reset modem, checked connections, all the usual check this, check that. I'm 100%disabled Vietnam Vet and extremely busy taking care of sick wife who had 2 strokes. Greatly appre iate the problem being fixed. Thank you ComcastMartin.
