We have now had an outage for 7 days and comcast has made no effort to fix the issue. Meanwhile I have watched as AT&T has come out to multiple times to fix their broken line. At what point will comcast rise the to the level of customer service that AT&T has in addressing their customers concerns? Because all I see now is nothing from comcast. Absolutely nothing.
