Internet Outage


I was told to request a credit for the outage issues I've had recently. My internet was out from Saturday (2/13) morning until Thursday (2/18) morning, then it went out around noon again on the 18th. It says it should be back on 2/20, and it is intermittently going in and out as of now. How do I get a credit?

@rdenvir Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us regarding the service disruption. I know how frustrating any service issues can be. I can only imagine having so many issues during a winter storm. I hope that you are staying safe and warm. Have you had the opportunity to log into our Xfinity Status Center ( since this started? If you log into your account with your Xfinity ID and select the option to tell us more about your experience. A form may launch to determine if a credit will be applied to the account for you. Making this process super easy for you and saving you a lot of time and effort!  I would love to dig further into the account & service issues if the above steps do not provide any results please reach out through private message (find out how to do so with this link with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?
