Internet Outage
Hello,
I was told to request a credit for the outage issues I've had recently. My internet was out from Saturday (2/13) morning until Thursday (2/18) morning, then it went out around noon again on the 18th. It says it should be back on 2/20, and it is intermittently going in and out as of now. How do I get a credit?

If you log into your account with your Xfinity ID and select the option to tell us more about your experience. A form may launch to determine if a credit will be applied to the account for you. Making this process super easy for you and saving you a lot of time and effort!
