My internet has been down since July 27th. I have spoken to 6 differ representatives on 5 differ days & no one can schedule an appointment to have a techinican come out. This is extremly frustrating bc I work from home, my kids are home schooled, and my home security system needs the internet in order to operate.
At this juncture my employer has made me use vacation time to cover my last three days bc they cant pay my regulay hourly rate when I cant connect to their VPN. Im so disappointed in the level of service comcast has provided.
