Internet Issues STILL waiting for return call

in July set up new combo as old expired. Kept Blast Internet like always had.  Spent OVER 5 HOURS on phone with Comcast over last 4 days. I was told someone higher up would be calling me after phone people did everything they could.  That was 3 days ago & still no call. Told them had PAID for Conference that's now online (Covid) so needed Internet working for Thurdsday & Friday. Well today started buffering alot, then dropped the connection to the Conference. Blast-speeds UP TO 200. Speed Tests Xfinity site shows: Speed to Gateway fine (238) BUT Speed Modem to laptop today 39.6!!!  Only 3 devices on WiFi.  Started Buffering alot during Conference today then DROPPED CONNECTION. WHERE IS MY PHONE CALL? How can you charge me when you don't even call me to figure this out? Long term Customer
