Hi I have more or less the same problem as your but my problem is that when there was a storm on August 10 my internet came down due to the fact that the cable broke from the tip of it and we tried fixing it and only Xfinity can and since then I have been trying to contact Xfinity to come and fix the problem but they haven't can someone please help me or tell me how can I contact Xfinity from another way
