What WiFi service was affected? Did your modem/gateway/router stop producing a WiFi signal or were you pulling from a public WiFi that was no longer available? Was your internet access affected? Just how did you determine it was the installation at your neighbors that affected your WiFi and/or exactly what did they say was the problem and what would fix it?
