I had a cable line routed to a new room so my other could work from home. The installer broke a part of the wall. The supervisor came out took pictures and left. He called me back and told me he had to send the claim to Xfinity insurance because the type of shingles are old and are asbestos which you can't get anymore. That was a month ago so I called him back today he said since the installer was not his employee he contacted his supervisor to file the claim. Now I feel like I'm getting the run around. What can I do to have these people stand behind their work???
