Incorrect billing amount

I've been trying to find ways to make my bills cheaper with covid going on. My Internet/cable plan came time to renew...so i applied for the basic Internet package. After agreeing to a specific plan price in the portal i was called by a assistant that told me the plan would be more. After arguing with him i reluctantly agreed to the price he told me. I talk to my father a few days later and he told me to buy my own router/modem to lessen the charged amount, I did this, returned equipment through ups and got credit. After checking my bill today im getting charged a higher plan price without equipment charges... I hate dealing with comcast and have always been displeased with billing the amounts im quoted in my plan always end up being a different amount. If i count go with a different provider i would
