Incomplete acct. set up

Incomplete acct. set up

Bot xfinity for a month. It claims I can have multiple devices but am only able to use one sign in at a time
I go to my acct on my PC That is signed in so that I can add iphone n iPad
It always tells me “ we are getting your acct. set up” check back soon
What’s up? how long should this take?

moved post tot he customer service area of the forum. I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
