Incomplete Moving Process
I am attempting to move my xfinity internet service to my new address. I submitted the "Moving" form and got a call for confirmation later that day in which I was repeatedly put on hold and then just transferred to the customer service menu. The cancellation of services at my old address clearly went through online, but my account just seems to be disconnected and it says I cannot make changes to it as I am not the owner. I paid all my bills early to make sure that this was not the problem. I have no confirmation that my request for a technician to install a cable line at my new address and no confirmation that my services are actually being moved instead of just cancelled. I need to set up my wifi asap.
