I want to switch to Unlimited Data with my own modem

I tried adding Unlimited Data to my gig plan since even in normal usage im peaking over the limit and since school is starting up soon it might even double. Everytime I click on the link for unlimited data with my own modem, it always says Temporarily Unavaible.
