I've been trying to move my service to my new apartment but it I have yet to receive a phone call.

For the past two weeks I've tried the self service moving option buut it keeps saying a specialist needs to contact me, and I have yet to recieve a call from them. I've tried everyday hoping that I'll get a call, but still haven't recieved one. My lease ends this weekend and I've already moved in to my new place, how can I get this fixed?
