I pay for xFi Complete for the unlimted Data, but I'm being charged for data usage.

I pay for xFi Complete for the unlimted Data, but i was informed that last month I had used my "courtesy month" for exceeding the data limit, and I noticed that under "services" I now have a cap of 1229 GB. In august this wasn't an issue, but both september and october both have data caps even though I haven't changed my plan.

related - the 'add unlimited data' site has now been broken for months and I need to add the $30 option to my plan. Can you please help me? Let me know what info I need to provide via PM.
