I never sent a cancellation request!

This morning I got an Email saying that my cancellation request has been processed and that my internet will be disconnected.
I never sent this request!!!!

It may be a phishing attempt.

You might want to call Comcast's CSA (Customer Security Assurance). They may be able to help you with this. Their phone number is (888) 565-4329.
