I need to add Unlimited Data, can someone help me?

I have attempted to add unlimited data  to my plan but it is "Temporarily unavailable".  This seems to be a long standing issue based on a search in the forums.   The standing solution seems to be asking for it here.  Can someone help me?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
