I can't upgrade, downgrade or even cancel my plan. Getting an error under Manage my plan.
- I've already had my bill jump 20% a few months ago.
- I am now getting the "You've almost reached your data limit"
- Now tonight I discover I can't manage my plan online without contacting customer service directly.
"Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help."
I have a newborn & averaging 110 hours per week + weekends working remotely. I have VERY little time to call customer service. Even this message took me over an hour to start and finish.
I want to know how to modify my package so I can get unlimited & remove my unused LAN line service. If the above is not possible then I'd like to cancel my services seeing as Xfinity is forcing me to decide between providing for my family or paying them more so I can do my job

I have the same issue, I am unable to change my plan by myself. This is not a great experince, I should be able to manage my account by myself.
