We can relate! We're way beyond the make believe 14 days (first misleading statement of many), have been told we'd be called back (no call), had the process "restarted" (didn't make any difference). Our exposed above ground line is running through neighbor's yards and a children's play area. This is a huge safety liability and you'd think there would be more of an effort made to finish the job. Our lines have been marked twice now. I'd appreciate some help here.
