You make it too difficult to speak with a actual person!! I am extremely unhappy with this company! I upgraded my service 2 months ago, but they sent me a downgraded box. Monday they said they were sending a new box, but still hasn't even been shipped out. I try calling customer service, but the stupid automated answering service doesn't understand what I want and will not put me through to a person!!!!!
You can use the online chat system. Just type "I want to speak with an agent". Then, the automated system will want you to select one service you want assistant for. Select "other" (otherwise, the bot will insist not to direct you to a human). Then, you will be directed to a human by either waiting online or scheduling a callback. The customer service is indeed terrible because humans are not so much more helpful than bot. Good luck.
