This statement has shown on my account for over 24 hours:
"An outage has been reported
You may be experiencing a service interruption due to severe weather in your area. Service will be restored as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience." Also "internet service unavailable."
I know I dont have functioning internet. I want to know please how big the problem is in my area as "1-50" doesn't tell me anything I don't personally know. Are others near me down too? Or do I as homeowner need to schedule a home appointment with comcast to fix it?
