We have had service for 9 months, I have scheduled for the line to be buried multiple times. I live in Tennessee, the ground has not been frozen, no techs have ever shown up. My neighbors cannot complete their home improvement project until the line is buried since it runs through their yard. I have currently been on the phone on hold for 45 minutes and cannot speak to someone.
How in the world do I get them to bury it? At this point, it's going to be cut by my neighbors and I will have to find another service.
