The Comcast line from the pole to my house was severed in the last wind storm. I called and got a ticket number. Since that time I've been unable to get any information - no emails, no texts, no appointment information, no way to talk with a person. How do I get information on my ticket? At this point I don't even know if the ticket was actually added to the repair queue.
