Yes, we had a Winter Storm Event, but my cable was working until a tree limb fell and yanked the cable from the street.
Where/how do I schedule service? I go the the status page and get told that there is an outage in my area. That may be, but that is NOT the problem I have. Neighbors with Comcast do not have a service outage.
All I can do is sign up for text messages that promise to tell me when my service is restored. I can see that for myself by looking out the window. I'd like to see a Comcast technician out there repairing my cable.
This is a simple repair, I can't even speak with a rep to get in line for a service tech to fix the problem.
