How do I get my cable line buried

How do I get my cable line buried

I had cable installed to a new construction home back in the middle of May.  I was told at the time that someone would be by in a couple of weeks to bury the cable.  It has been over 4 months and the cable is still not buried.  Who can I contact to get a team out here to take care of that?
