How do I get a live person tao takl about my bill

There was a link to click on when I 1st logged in to have someone call me. I did. I talked to them. I got disconnected. Now I can't find that link. If I call I get stuck in an auto-selection nightmare. The chat assistant is a joke. They changed my bill, have changed my service & reset it up with no explanation 3 times.
