Comcast sure makes it super difficult to see cost options to downgrade from a Triple Play package to internet only. Cord cutting seems a foreign concept apparently. Oh, and I love the twitter handle, ComcastCares. Oxymoron much? I want my bill under $100 and I'm willing to dump my landline and TV.
