This has become a nightmare. I have called this past week six or seven times and after several minutes of voice prompts and endless menus I am informed there is no one available and to try again.
Then when logged in my account I have tried to schedule a call BUT you have the wrong number listed for my account so the call never comes through (I have checked countless times and the correct number is the ONLY number listed in my account profile).
Finally, I try Live Chat and despite repeated requests from myself the agent never bothers to reply. I have taken screenshots so if anyone really cares about how bad your customer service really is, I can provide them.
I know this is a difficult time.. trust me. I am a single father with two girls who are schooling remotely from home, I have a back balance with Xfinity and I am reminded almost daily via email, text, mail and now automated phone calls that we are in danger of getting our services terminated. And here's the punchline... I am directed to get in touch with Xfinity Immediately.
And so now what? I have exhausted all other options and am posting on the Xfinity public message board in the hopes that someone see this and can get a representative to get in touch with us ASAP.
